Katie Austin’s Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwich Is a Total Game-Changer

We love a quick and healthy morning meal, and certified fitness trainer Katie Austin just delivered with her air fryer breakfast sandwich.

The three-time SI Swimsuit model took to Instagram on Tuesday to share how she makes her five-ingredient a.m. staple, which she noted in her caption has “changed [her] life” and is “perfect for those busy mornings.” The best part, Austin shared, is that you can continue getting ready (or make a cup of coffee to go with) while the sandwich cooks in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • English muffin

  • Egg

  • Shredded cheese

  • Butter

  • Turkey bacon

Steps

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place your an English muffin in the bottom of the air fryer.

  3. Put a pat of butter on one side of the English muffin and crack an egg over the other half.

  4. Add turkey bacon on top of the buttered side and sprinkled cheese over the egg.

  5. Cook for eight minutes and enjoy!
