Whenever the Duchess of Cambridge wears something from the high street, our ears prick up. So, you can bet we loved discovering that Kate wore a stylish pair of trainers from one of our go-to brands, Marks & Spencer, last year.

The duchess stepped out in the M&S Collection Ribbon Detail Lace Up Trainers for a visit to the London Stadium back in February 2020. Her chic white sneakers boasted striking side stripes in shades of beige and green, coordinating perfectly with her forest green outfit.

Luckily for those of us who weren't quick enough to nab Kate's trainers before they flew off the shelves last year, we have just spotted that M&S has relaunched them for spring/summer 2021, in three new colours...

The £29.50 trainers, which are currently marked as 'New' on the M&S website, are available in silver or navy with pastel stripes, or classic white with monochrome details.

The lace-up trainers look like the perfect weekend shoes to invest in now for the months ahead, ideal for pairing with everything from classic jeans to joggers, loungewear sets and even floral midi dresses once the weather warms up.

Best of all, they were designed with M&S' Insolia Flex technology, which has been endorsed by the UK College of Podiatrists and promises to make them super comfortable for walking.

Comfy trainers, that have already received the Duchess of Cambridge's seal of approval? Yep, safe to say we're sold!
