Kate wears a high-street jumper dress for royal outing
The Princess of Wales demonstrated how to master workwear dressing in the colder months yesterday, stepping out in a cosy jumper dress.
But instead of wearing a luxury label, Kate turned to the high-street – as she often does – opting for an affordable knitted design from Mango. She paired it with co-ordinating pieces in similar shades of green, during a royal visit to Colham Manor Children's Centre in Hillingdon.
Kate styled her dress with a buckle belt, underneath a military-style wool coat from one of her go-to labels, Hobbs. She continued the one-tone dressing with a pair of dark green heels by Gianvitto Rossi, and a green croc-print Jimmy Choo clutch.
Kate's knitted dress is the perfect autumn/winter investment as it can be layered with a warm coat, styled to be work appropriate with pointed heels, or dressed down with casual trainers on the weekend.
Kate's autumnal one-tone looks are becoming central to her seasonal wardrobe; she wore a beige look last week during a royal visit to Scarborough with Prince William. She styled a smart Max & Co coat with a DeMellier bag, Ralph Lauren heels and Accessorize earrings.
The Prince and Princess of Wales' official Instagram page shared a snapshot of their visit to the centre: "A wonderful first visit with the Maternal Mental Health Alliance this morning, seeing its work and the benefit a holistic approach brings to so many mothers and families.
"Spending some time with new mothers, understanding more about their experiences of mental health and how integrated services are making a real difference in the community."
