The Duchess' frock is from one of our favourite British labels, Ghost. In fact, it's the brand's Avery Georgette Mix Maxi Print Floral Maxi Dress in a pretty blue, white and black print with long sleeves, a tiered skirt and a tie at the waist.

Happy anniversary, Kate and Wills!
