You can always rely on the Duchess of Cambridge for fashion inspiration whether she’s dressing up for a State Banquet or dropping the children off at school. She just always gets it right no matter if she's going for high-glamour or down-time comfort.

Her latest outfit is no exception. Kate stepped out this afternoon (27 April) to visit a farm in Durham and her country attire was endlessly chic. Kate, 39, opted for her classic £15 Orelia earrings, skinny dark washed jeans, a frill-collared white shirt with a Fairisle jumper by Brora, a khaki raincoat and her favourite brown, knee-high boots by Penelope Chilvers which she first wore back in 2004.

William and Kate’s tour to Manor Farm near Darlington is the first time they have been on a public visit outside of London since December 2020 and they both looked like they were having a fabulous time.

Kate looked suitably preened with her signature bouncy blowdry, flawless glowing skin, fluttery lashes and simple makeup.

For those wanting to steal her look - you still can. The Troy Brora Fair Isle is priced at £195 and is still in stock in size medium. We’ve found similar styles that are equally as gorgeous from Hobbs, Plumo and Toast.

The Penelope Chilvers boots are a label classic and stocked all year round however they are an investment piece, priced at £475. If you’re looking for something a little cheaper but still as stylish, Boden’s Pembroke Knee High Boots in Dark Tan are currently on sale.
