Do we love hats? Yessiree we do! You might have noticed that this week has been particularly hatterrific – we’ve celebrated Coachella'a best dressed ladies complete with 70s floppy hats and garland headbands, plus, we also revealed the winner of Grazia's first ever Hat Factor competition.
LoveHats.com launch party goers
This country has gone SO mad for hats that a new premium online store – LoveHats.com - has launched to cater for the fashion movement. LoveHats is the brainchild of My-Wardrobe.com founder Andrew Curren and sets out to not only support up and coming millinery talent like J Smith Esquire, Little Shilpa and Olivia Roat but to also stock established and world renowned designers like Philip Treacy and Yvette Jelfs. To celebrate the internet unveiling, hat lovers from across the globe descended onto The Arts Club on Dover Street to champagne-sip the night away and do their very best to parade one marvellous millinery creation after another. The unofficial winner according to Grazia Daily? Well, we very much enjoyed the matchy matchy fez-wearing jazz band, but kudos to the guy with the plastic horses on his head.
So before you shy away and assume that it’s all Gaga-worthy madness or classic wedding head-turners on LoveHats.com, know that you’ll just as easily find cool everyday pieces like fedoras or beanies, too. And the best part of it all is that you can try every hat online via some rather clever technology: simply load up a picture of yourself and go wild! Grazia’s Fashion Reporter Hannah Almassi tried a few (pah! LOADS!) on for your perusal below. Which on is YOUR favourite?
