Bond Rami Malek and the Duchess of Cambridge once had an unexpected conversation. The No Time to Die actor opened up about his red carpet conversation with the royal during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Though he recently saw Kate and Prince William at the premiere of the James Bond film, the Bohemian Rhapsody actor recalled an earlier meeting with the duchess at the BAFTAs in February 2019.

'I just looked at Princess Kate at one point, and I said, "This must be exhausting." And she said, "Why?" And I said, "You just had a baby, right?"' Malek shared of his chat with Kate, who had welcomed Prince Louis in April 2018.

'She was taken aback, and she said, "How are you doing?" And I said, "How are you?" And in the most regal, elegant way, she just, you know, gave me a look, but you could tell. Imagine dressed to the nines, have to talk to all these actors,' he said.

He continued: 'They're so careful, but it was so cool, because I think I caught her off guard for a second, and had that look of, in the most elegant, professional, royal way, "Yes, it's a lot having a kid."'

The Hollywood actor also shared that he had a proposal for the royals. 'The funniest thing about that was, I said, "You know, if you ever need a day off, some time off, I'm backup for you." She's like, "What do you mean?" I go, "I can babysit. You guys go out; have a good time,"' he recalled.

Days before Malek's Kimmel visit, Kate looked stunning on the red carpet for the No Time to Die premiere, wearing a gold-sequined cape gown with a sheer, embellished overlay, courtesy of Jenny Packham.

She also wore nude pumps by Aquazzura and matching gold statement earrings, with a natural makeup look and her hair styled in an elegant updo. Prince William looked elegant as well, dressed in a classic black tuxedo.
