Kanye West Will Be Showing Yeezy Season 5 At New York Fashion Week
The rumours have been bubbling up all month about Kanye's next fashion move but it has now been confirmed by Fashionista that Kanye West will present his Yeezy Season 5 show during New York Fashion Week.
But what kind of spectacle can we expect this time?
Yeezy Season 3, the one that was part fashion show part listen-to-my-entire-album-now at Madison Square Gardens was for all parts, entertaining. Yeezy Season 4 (currently waiting to hit stores) was lack of kinder words, a total disaster.
But, unlike his previous more pop-up style shows, Yeezy will be added to the official NYFW schedule with the show happening on Wednesday 15th February at 5pm - the same time of dream dresses makers Marchesa.
Whilst being on schedule certainly gives more kudos to the collaboration it also means Kanye will have to be time and location sensitive to not throw off the schedule for the rest of the day.
Undoubtedly there will be some kind of jaw dropping extravaganza packed into his one hour slot and since Kanye has had a bumpy couple of months: called his sold-out tour, spent some time in rehab, meant with President Trump and dyed his hair blonde (read yellow) who knows what we will see.
