Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West have reportedly taken legal action against West’s former bodyguard who spoke out against the rapper on a podcast.

According to TMZ, the reality star and her husband have sent a cease and desist letter threatening Steve Stanulis with a $10 million lawsuit if he publicly speaks about West again.

The letter also says that Stanulis made “false and defamatory” statements when he appeared on the Hollywood Raw podcast and discussed his experiences working as West’s bodyguard. The letter claims that he breached his confidentiality agreement.

The podcast delved into life with the rapper and designer, along with what Stanulis called “some ridiculous rules,” including walking “10 paces behind him on a city street.”

He told the pod that Kanye was one of his “least favorite people to work with over the course of time.”

He then talked about their first meeting at a studio during fashion week.

He said, “When he gets there, we get into the elevator and he says, ‘Aren’t you going to push what floor we are going to?’ I was like ‘I have no idea what floor, it’s my first day.’ So he starts ranting ‘So you mean you didn’t call ahead to find out where I’m supposed to be going?” I said ‘No.’ So he’s ranting and raving. So I said ‘look bro, we can do this one of three ways. One, you could tell me what button to press, and now I’ll know. Two, you could press the button, and I’ll see which one you press so I’ll know. Or three, you can sit in here all day and tell me how important your time is and we are not going to go anywhere.’ Again, that was our first interaction. He went for the first option.”

He said that Kim and Kanye court the paparazzi, explaining, “There’s no way every time they are leaving, all these people know about it. There’s definitely somebody calling ahead.”

He ended the podcast by saying he wouldn’t work with Kanye again, although he would happily work with a few of his favorite celebrities, including Tobey Maguire, Woody Harrelson, Stephen Baldwin and Alanis Morissette.
