How Justin Theroux reacted to Jennifer Aniston sharing IVF journey
Actor Justin Theroux has subtly shown his support for ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, after she opened up about her fertility journey and experience with IVF.
If you've been anywhere near the internet this week, you'll have seen Jennifer Aniston's
Allure feature. As well as showing off the sleekest hair we've ever seen (and wearing a tiny Chanel bikini), the actor also touched on "throwing everything" at getting pregnant.
"All the years and years and years of speculation... It was really hard," the Friends star – who is now 53 years old – told Allure magazine. "I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it."
Aniston went on: "I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favour.' You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed. I have zero regrets."
Continuing, Aniston admitted, "I actually feel a little relief now. Because there is no more, 'Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.' I don’t have to think about that anymore."
Now, Jen's ex-husband Justin Theroux has shown his support for her interview on social media. The actors got together in 2011, tying the knot in 2015, and announcing their split with a joint statement in 2018.
They said at the time, "We have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship."
Still, the pair have often showed their love for each other in the years since, sharing birthday messages and public support. Which might be why Justin also commented on Jen's most recent interview, putting a simple "👊 ❤️" underneath her post.
