The ‘Spider-Man’ star - who is dating his co-star Zendaya, his real-life MJ - explained to fans that he found Twitter and Instagram “detrimental” to his emotional well-belling and opted to step back. In August 2022, Tom said: "I have taken a break from social media for my mental health because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming. I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online.
