Only 4% of UK women feel beautiful – we’re going to change that.

Join Red’s inspirational panel at our virtual event on 15 & 16 May as we aim to boost your confidence from within, help you feel amazing from the inside out and support you on the journey to re-discovering yourself after children.

Project Body Love has been designed to help you improve your relationship with your body, with phase one of the movement seeing an uplift of 37% in the number of women with high body confidence. We want to make that even higher.

We know that body confidence is a personal journey impacted by a whole life’s worth of experiences and have partnered with Philips, who celebrate and embrace the diversity of women and their personal beauty routines at home. Removing hair is a personal choice and they want to encourage women to do what feels right for them and inspire others to do the same by creating an open, honest and safe environment for these conversations to take place.

Leading Red’s sessions is Sarah Tomczak, Editor of Red – the UK’s bestselling lifestyle magazine, joined by Scummy Mummies: Helen Thorn and Ellie Gibson, who specialise in producing and performing comedy for less-than-perfect parents (so that's all parents!). Together they host one of the UK's most popular parenting podcasts and perform to sell-out audiences and packed festival crowds around the country, usually wearing their trademark gold catsuits.
