Joan Collins has alleged the Kardashian sisters have undergone an "awful lot of surgery".

In an interview with The Daily Mail to promote her new book, My Unapologetic Diaries, the Hollywood icon spoke about her Dynasty co-star Linda Evans's decision to undergo a facelift after the drama wrapped, and quickly moved on to the topic of the Kardashians.

"Kris Jenner, their mother, is a good friend of mine and I don't want to be rude about her children, but there's an awful lot of surgery there and I've talked to my friends about it, as I'm sure you have, the bottoms, the tiny waists," she told the outlet.

Kris Jenner has previously documented undergoing a facelift and other procedures, while Khloe Kardashian recently acknowledged she had opted for a nose job, and Kourtney Kardashian underwent a boob job in college.

However, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner have always remained tight-lipped with regard to the topic.

Representatives for the Kardashian sisters have not yet responded to Joan's comments.

And it seems the star isn't a fan of the work of many Hollywood dentists either, joking that there are many sets of "terrible teeth" in Beverly Hills. She also claimed Sophia Loren's pearly whites look like they have been "carved out of ivory".

"I saw that written down I did say, 'Is that rude?" the 88-year-old confessed. "She's still alive. But it's not as if we're bosom buddies and she's never going to speak to me again. And it's true!"
