Jessica Chastain lights up the room in bold suit
Jessica Chastain lit up the red carpet at Drama Desk Awards in New York on Tuesday (6 June).
The star wore a stunning neon green suit in a head-to-toe monochrome look. Jessica's wide leg trousers appear to be part of a belted jumpsuit featuring contrast button detailing. She added a co-ordinating lime green blazer with sharp, statement shoulders, which she wore open to showcase the rest of her look.
Jessica Chastain was attending the awards as she was nominated for the Outstanding Lead Performance In A Play prize for her role in the revival of Henrik Ibsen's classic A Doll's House. Jessica won the award and was photographed posing with her gong after the ceremony.
Jodie Comer was also in a tailored look for the Drama Desk Awards on Tuesday, although opting for all black rather than green.
Monochrome suit looks are a chic, on-trend way to do event dressing and have been seen on everyone including the Princess of Wales.
Last month, we saw the Princess of Wales also wearing pink, but with a belted suit look very similar in style to Jessica Chastain's awards outfit.
