Jermaine Jenas' wife breaks silence after husband's sacked by BBC
Former BBC presenter and Newcastle United star Jermaine Jenas' wife has broken her silence for the first time since he was axed by the broadcaster. Jenas, a one-time fixture on The One Show and Match of the Day analyst, had his BBC contract ended following accusations that he sent unsolicited inappropriate messages to a female staff member. The 41-year-old later admitted hiding these actions from his wife.
He tied the knot with ex-model Ellie Penfold in 2011, and the duo are parents to two daughters and a son. Ellie recently stepped into the public eye, not to comment on her spouse's scandal, but to unveil "something very special" she's been passionate about for the last three years. While avoiding direct remarks on her partner's behaviour, her Instagram descriptor 'mother and a wife' implies she may still support him, as noted by the Daily Star.
She's the brain behind Preppy Skin, a new personal care line aimed at kids and teens. Via Instagram, she shared: "As a mother of 4, I knew that there was a gap for something immersive, fun but also (and most importantly to my eldest). Has to look amazing for her Get ready with me routines," reports Chronicle Live.

"The collection begins with personal care products, with an incredible pipeline of future products. Every product has been tried, tested and approved from the packaging, scents, formulations, and of course the name PREPPY! ! We can not wait to finally launch this brand, and reveal all next month!"
She's also taken to Instagram to hype up the upcoming brand, teasing it as "your new Bathroom Bestie".
Over on the newly-launched website, visitors are prompted to submit their email addresses with a tantalising message: "Get ready to meet your new bathroom bestie...A personal care brand inspired, and built by kids and teens. Add your email to be the first to know when we launch."
