Jennifer Lopez used to have a little, now she has a lot, and she definitely plans on keeping it that way. The 52-year-old actress and singer hopped on her Instagram before a workout to talk about setting her intentions for 2022.

'My intention for this year is to be really mindful of what I want my life to be, knowing that my thoughts create my life, I will keep those really positive so I can grow,' J.Lo said as she held a positively fabulous jewel-encrusted water bottle. 'I’ll be my best, better than ever, mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.'

Jennifer says she strives to be 'the best mother I can be, be the best partner I can be, be the best friend I can be, be the best daughter, sister, boss, person that I can be.' And who can hate on that!?

Jennifer asked her followers to comment with their own 2022 intentions—and the responses have me in my feels: 'In this new year I hope I’ll be a different person, cause I need it,' wrote one person. 'I hope I’ll be more happy and free than the other year. And I really wanna thank you for being the best thing in my life and also being my inspiration. ti amo🤍' While another said, 'To feel like me again.'

And as expected, many also commented on how fit she's looking.

But how exactly did she get that strong? First of all, J.Lo is a consistent queen. She told Us Weekly that she 'very rarely skips a workout,' and by way of proof, has previously shared photos of herself working out on Christmas Eve and her birthday.

'Sometimes when I get home and I'm not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym,' she told Redbook. 'Then I come home...and I feel pepped up and great about myself.'

Obviously, dance is also still a huge part of her routine. 'Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness,' she told Hello. 'I still consider myself a dancer at heart and I love it.'

Jennifer’s trainer Dodd Romero shared her go-to abs workout with O, the Oprah magazine that really puts things into perspective. This sweat sesh is serious! Jennifer’s usual core workout is 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. She follows that with 35 reps of everything, and then 21 reps of everything. And get this: Our girl doesn’t take any breaks in between, which is truly impressive.

Jennifer’s diet also helps with her strength. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that Jennifer’s fridge is always full of sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. 'There’s always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice.'
