The Oscars 2020 red carpet was flooded with some of the most famous faces in the world, but noticeably missing from them was singer and Hustlers star Jennifer Lopez.
The 50-year-old has been a regular on the red carpet during awards season, but missed out on the biggest ceremony of them all, and it's likely that she decided to skip the event as she wasn't nominated for an award. Despite racking up nods for her turn as Ramona in Hustlers at most events this season, her name was missing from the Academy's list of nominees when they were announced earlier this year.
While her fans tweeted their disappointment at the time, Lopez had this to say about staying humble and being grateful: '[There is] nothing to complain about...Except a few sore muscles from [Super Bowl] rehearsals...I mean, my life right now is just so amazing. My personal life, my kids, everything. Everything's just in a great place, and I feel really lucky.'
One thing's for sure, she's been keeping busy of late. Along with attending regular Awards events, she recently performed at the Super Bowl halftime show, is regularly training for shows, and of course is planning her wedding to Alex Rodriguez.
Jen, we still missed you on the red carpet.
