Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johansson and Dakota Johnson arrived at the annual Governors Awards last night wearing three of the best celebrity red carpet looks of the year.
Dakota, 30, was a vision in white: a minuscule bralette, which exposed her toned tum, paired with a billowing, full skirt. The outfit was created for the ‘50 Shades’ actress by Lady Gaga’s go-to designer, Brandon Maxwell.
J Lo, 50, opted to wear a strapless, satin gown by Lebanese designer Reem Acra. A diamond necklace, clutch bag and chic updo completed the ‘Hustlers’ star’s look.
Scarlett arrived in a slightly edgier look: a backless number from French label Celine that exposed her dramatic rose back tattoo.
Other A-listers at the event included ‘Big Little Lies’ actress Laura Dern, 52, who also turned to Brandon Maxwell for her black gown. Olivia Wilde wore a red, sequin gown by Ralph Lauren and Lupita Nyong’o wore a floral look by Givenchy.
Male attendees included Robert Pattinson - dashing in an all-black outfit - and ‘Rocketman’ star Taron Egerton who looked dapper in a tux.
