Jennifer Lawrence is finally married to her fiancé Cooke Maroney, eight months after he proposed.

According to numerous reports, the Oscar winner and art gallery director have said ‘I do’ in front of 150 guests at a Rhode Island venue on Saturday 19th October.

Here’s everything you need to know about their wedding:

Who designed Jennifer Lawrence's wedding dress?

Whilst it is yet to be confirmed who designed the star's special dress, People is reporting that the 29-year-old wed 34-year-old Cooke Maroney in a Dior gown.

Dior was an obvious choice for the bride, since she is a long-time friend of the brand, recently becoming the face of the brand's 'Joy' perfume.

The actress has worn Dior designs on several occasions over the years (remember her strapless baby pink Oscar-winning dress?) and recently attended the brand's autumn/winter 2029 and spring/summer collection 2020 shows in February and September, respectively, in Paris.

Full-length images of the dress in all its glory are yet to be released, however, paparazzi images have.

In the shots, the Silver Linings Playbook actress can be seen wearing a romantic, undone bridal up-do with tendrils of hair falling down her face.

Though we're yet to see the bridal gown in all its glory, it appears as though Lawrence opted for a 1920s inspired embellished dress with a round neck and puff sleeves.

According to People, the dress was stored in its own hotel room at the venue ahead of the nuptials for ultimate protection and privacy.

Who attended Jennifer Lawrence's Wedding and what did they wear?

Held at the Belcourt of Newport mansion, the A-list actor and Dior ambassador's nuptials unsurprisingly drew a celebrity guest-list of note. And they sure dressed for the occasion.

The paparazzi shots that have been released so far, show the likes of Sienna Miller, Emma Stone and Ashley Olsen arriving for the Oscar-winner's big day, dressed head-to-toe in designer gowns.

Miller, accompanied by her boyfriend Lucas Zwirner, wore a puff-sleeved, red Johanna Ortiz maxi dress, styling it with a Grecian-inspired plaited up-do and gold headband.

Stone, who appeared to be flying solo for the exciting day, wore a luxurious, grey velvet dress and jacket by Juan Carlos Obando, pairing it with pearl earrings and bejewelled heels.

Olsen and her boyfriend Louis Eisner were also present for J-Law's nuptials, with the actor-turned-designer reportedly wearing a Marc Jacobs black gown.

Kris Jenner, a close friend of Lawrence, also attended with boyfriend Corey Gamble and waved to the cameras while wearing a floor length black Reem Acra gown.

Amy Schumer, Kris Jenner, Cameron Diaz and Adele were also reportedly in attendance, showing up for 29 year-old Lawrence.

What will the guests eat?

The Daily Mail reported that wedding planner Mark Seed was on hand to help organise the pair’s wedding, which reportedly featured a gourmet menu complete with Old-Fashion cocktails and gin cucumber lavender champagne.

TMZ reported that the couple’s guests were welcomed to the nuptials with canapés including sweet potato flat cakes, Brussels sprouts with cured egg yolk, smoked pork belly with pickled apple and salt cod beignets.

For the main course, attendees reportedly were able to choose from wood-roasted fish with herbs and lemon-infused butter or a five-week-aged leg of beef served with forager's sauce, plus all the trimmings.

Meanwhile, dessert featured 'fire-baked sourdough bread pudding with chocolate, salted caramel and fresh apple, cauldron fritters with bourbon cream and cinnamon sugar, and house-made marshmallow s'mores'.

Once guests managed to work up an appetite after some dancing, they were treated to burgers from Boston’s Baddest Burger & Sandwich Co.

The company was founded by 62 year-old Kevin Tortorella in 2011.

'I actually didn’t know until I got on the property,' Tortorella told The Boston Globe of being booked by Lawrence and Maroney. 'I found out when I got there, and there were paparazzi everywhere. I was thinking, "There’s more to this than meets the eye.”'

Whilst Tortorella didn't serve the newlyweds, he served 150 guests from 12.30am to almost 4am, many of whom left in limos. Unfortunately for us, Tortorella doesn't follow celebrity news, so had no idea who chowed down on what burger.

Are the couple legally married?

Lawrence was photographed attending the New York City marriage bureau on 16th September with a female friend and celebrity photographer Mark Seliger.

Page Six obtained photos of the pair at City Hall, with Lawrence wearing a grey blazer and sunglasses while her beau wore a white long-sleeve top.

All this suggests that, alongside their traditional wedding in Long Island, the pair are legally married.

Where did Jennifer Lawrence getting married?

The couple have chose to get married at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island.

The Louis XIII style mansion dates back to the Gilded Age and was designed by Richard Morris Hunt who created the Statue Of Liberty's pedestal.

Morris Hunt is also reportedly the man behind the entrance hall, grand stairway and outer facade of the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York City.

What has Jennifer Lawrence previously said about marriage?

The notoriously private star has surprised fans with being pretty outspoken about her wedding day and future husband over the last year.

'He's just the best person I've ever met in my whole life,' Lawrence recently gushed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. 'It was a very, very easy decision.'

In June, the Hunger Games actress – who was previously the victim of a nude photo hacking scandal - said she ‘definitely’ wasn’t in a place where she felt like she wanted to get married when she met the art expert.

‘I just met Cooke, and I wanted to marry him,’ she said on the NAKED with Catt Sadler podcast. ‘We wanted to marry each other. We wanted to commit fully. And, you know, he's my best friend. I feel very honoured to become a Maroney.’

Was Jennifer Lawrence stressed planning the wedding?

When asked by Sadler whether she was nervous in the lead up to her big day, the 29-year-old said she has been in ‘a good place’.

‘I haven’t been neurotic about it,’ she revealed. ‘I’m too lazy to be neurotic. I like saw a dress I liked. I said, "oh, that’s the dress." I saw a venue, and I was like, "Cool, we got the venue." Yesterday was my only bridezilla moment where I cried 'cause I thought I didn’t want to have a bachelorette party and then last minute, I decided I did.' Her friends weren't available on short notice, and she cried in front of Maroney about it.

'I didn't realise that I wanted it until yesterday, until I realised I couldn't have it, which is typical,' the actress added. 'My friend was like, "Welcome to being a bride." I've cried, I've officially joined the club.'

How did Jennifer and Clarke meet?

The actress met her fiancé when they were introduced through mutual friends. The duo were first romantically linked in 2018 before Lawrence’s publicist confirmed that they were engaged in February earlier this year. The pair celebrated their engagement with a party in New York in May.

Following the occasion, fashion stylists Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson posted a photograph of Lawrence wearing a V-neck long-sleeve off-white dress with her hair pinned back in a low chignon.

What was on Jennifer Lawrence’s gift registry?

In September, the actress published her wedding registry – on Amazon, no less – giving us an insight into what items she’s lusting after this season and, let’s just say the list is J-Law all over.

From martini glasses and Le Creuset pots to cashmere travel sets and smart speakers, the wedding registry is pretty much any twenty-something’s dream list of items they’d love to receive, wedding or no wedding.

‘Planning a wedding is so exciting, but it can be overwhelming,’ Lawrence explained on Amazon.

‘For anyone else needing a little inspiration, I thought it would be fun to collaborate with Amazon to share a few of my favourite registry wish-list items. It's so easy, and you can find everything you need all in one place.’

Who is Cooke Maroney?

The art gallerist has an art history degree from New York University and is the director of Gladstone art gallery in the Big Apple which represents artists Richard Prince and Ugo Rondinone.

He’s also 34-years-old as is regularly seen on the art party scene in NYC.
