When it comes to huge movie stars, you'd be forgiven for assuming they keep their cool around their fellow famous actors. However, it turns out that wasn't the case for Jennifer Lawrence, who had a pretty awkward run-in with her co-star Ariana Grande on the set of upcoming film Don't Look Up.

Plus, it's also been revealed that Ariana "didn't like" J Law when the pair first hung out during filming, which may have been down to Jennifer's fairly awkward behaviour around the singer. Yikes.

Explaining how she got starstruck around Ariana, Jennifer gushed that "she can't make bad music" during a Q&A with BAFTA voters, according to Variety.

Describing a particularly awkward moment between the pair, Jen continued, "I've since reflected on my behavior with Ariana Grande. I went full radio contest winner. I was so excited and nervous that at one point, I just kind of walked into her hotel room and sat down."

"I've just been thinking about it a lot lately," she continued. "There were all of these trunks for her hair and makeup, and I was like, 'Do you live here?'"

Honestly, we'd probably behave the same way around Ariana too.

Things got even more awkward during the interview when Don't Look Up director Adam McKay jokingly chimed in, telling Jen, "She didn't like you."

Still, after shooting a whole movie together, we're sure everyone is on good terms now.

As for being starstruck, we reckon the Don't Look Up set was an absolute minefield, as the film features some pretty famous names. J Law and none other than Leonardo DiCaprio play low-level astronomers trying to warn the world about a comet hurtling towards earth, while Ariana, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Mark Rylance, Tyler Perry and Timothée Chalamet also star. Phew.

Don't Look Up will be released in cinemas on 10 December and on Netflix on 24 December 2021.
