Jennifer Garner makes a case for the Y2K side-sweeping side part
Looking at Jennifer Garner is always a bit like smelling your favourite 2006 body spray (or fruity glitter lip balm for the younger huns); her big smile just brings the 00s flooding back, thanks to her iconic filmography from the era. And now, that effect is doubled down with the haircut and style she just graced the red carpet with. No, we weren't there to witness it first-hand but our Instagram feeds say otherwise.
Her bob cut, debuted in November, is still going strong, not to mention it's the biggest hair trend of 2023. OK, trendsetter. But while the length may be oh-so-current, Jen has given it a decidedly 00s touch with her freshly trimmed swooping side bang, swapping out her recent curtain bangs.
Just last week, Jen hosted the 'Rockout Knockout' event, benefitting the St. Helena Hospital Foundation in St. Helena, CA. And to share hers and co-host, Elyse Walker's success of the night – as well as to wish Elyse a happy birthday – the actor took to the good ol' IG feed with a beautiful snap of them both.

In terms of Jen's beauty look and more specifically, her hair, the deeply parted side-sweeping fringe is giving all the Myspace scene era vibes. But in a chic way, ofc.
Alas, this isn't the first time we've seen the 13GO30 channel her inner Jenna Rink. Earlier this year in February, when attending the red black carpet premiere Of STARZ's Party Down season 3, Jen wore her deep side fringe swooped down effortlessly, grazing over her eyebrow, and originating exactly from the line of her side part for perfect balance.
