Christmas 2020 has been a little different for most people, as current COVID-19 restrictions make socialising impossible. However, everyone has been doing their best to celebrate the festive season, and Jennifer Aniston took to Instagram to reveal who she'd spent the special day with.
On Christmas Day, Aniston posted several photos on her Instagram Stories most of which involved her beloved pups (via JustJared). The newest addition to her family, Lord Chesterfield, posed by some trees, which were covered in fairy lights, in one idyllic snap.
And it seems that Aniston's new puppy got tired out, as she shared a photo of him fast asleep in bed, presumably after too much Christmas excitement.
Aniston also shared snaps of Clyde, her Schnauzer mix, dubbing the dog a "Christmas Rager." While Clyde looked relatively calm sitting on a rug inside the actress's house, we can only assume that all hell broke loose before or after the photos were taken.
Meanwhile, Aniston was recently announced as the Chief Creative Officer of Vital Proteins last. The multi-award-winning actress said in a statement:"Collagen is the glue that holds everything together."
She continued: "I’ve always been an advocate for nourishing your wellness from within, which is why I started using Vital Proteins so many years ago. Now to have the opportunity to be a part of the brand in a bigger way, as Chief Creative Officer, is very exciting to me."
Aniston also shared some words of wisdom to give us the little push we all collectively need as we prepare to enter 2021.
The actress took to Instagram to share a much-needed message. "What a year. Reminder to give yourself a little love... and hang in there," she wrote in the caption of her latest post on her Instagram grid.
The message came along with a sweet black and white picture of Aniston leaning across her bathroom in loose-fitting jean shorts and a bikini top, and kissing her own reflection in the mirror.
And, of course, because the Friends actress is a considerate human who gives credit where credit is due, she included a photo credit for the cute picture. "Photo by @peggysirota (from the archives)!" she wrote at the end of the caption.
After all, if anyone can help us welcome in 2021 in the best way, it's Jennifer Aniston.
