After being announced as one of the seven co-winners of this year’s Swim Search open casting call, Jena Sims is eagerly awaiting her 2024 SI Swimsuit Issue rookie feature.
The 34-year-old non-profit CEO and new mom recently chatted with the Daily Mail about her forthcoming photoshoot with the brand, and Sims revealed just what she’s doing to prepare for her rookie feature.
“I have no idea when the photoshoot is so all I’m doing is just eating as clean as I can, but I’m still splurging,” Sims told the outlet. “Like, I had four dinner rolls last night at this charity event as well as my meal. I haven’t yet been on a diet since delivering.”
Sims gave birth to a baby boy, Crew, in late July. She and her husband, pro golfer Brooks Koepka, started dating in 2017 and tied the knot last summer in Turks and Caicos. While chatting with the publication, Sims noted that she “bounced back pretty quick” after delivering her son, and credited breastfeeding with helping her to burn calories and boost her metabolism.
No matter what she’s doing to prepare for her SI Swimsuit Issue rookie feature in next year’s 60th anniversary publication, we know Sims will absolutely dazzle. She sure did impress when she walked the SI Swimsuit Runway Show at the W South Beach while proudly displaying her baby bump in July. Read more about both of her incredible Miami Swim Week looks here.
