“Stay vigilant folks,” Manford added, ending his post with a broken-hearted emoji.
The star’s spokesman later confirmed to the Manchester Evening News that it was a unit outside the star’s home that had been broken into.
The rep said: "A storage unit outside Jason’s property was broken into during the night and a number of items were stolen."
There were no details on what was stolen from the star, who has been working as a volunteer driver during the coronavirus pandemic.

The burglary comes just months after Manford appealed to fans over a theft at his uncle’s church.
The father-of-six said at the time that it was a “new low” that bibles were among the items swiped.
My Uncle Johnny’s church, Cadishead Community Church in Salford, has been robbed this weekend. The scum have trashed the place & stolen all the instruments & equipment, even the bibles! That’s a new low. If anyone is offered any PA equipment or instruments please report to 101
