Jamie Oliver has treated us to not one, but two delicious pasta recipes this week in a bid to help make these long dark nights a little tastier, but it’s his son River, rather than the recipe, who steals the show.

A few days ago, dad-of-five Jamie shared a sweet moment on his Instagram account of the five-year-old helping him in the kitchen with the caption, “Have a little helper with me in the kitchen today! And we have a lovely new recipe to share with you that I've just uploaded to my app JUM! This is my quick seafood pasta. Ready in 20 mins, you can mix this recipe up and go in with whatever seafood you like, or even bulk it up with a few extra leftover veggies. Just a little recipe inspiration from me to you."

His 8.8million fans loved the post with over 76,000 liking and commenting with things like, “Cuteness” and “He looks happy with this pasta!”

Last night, Jamie shared another recipe, this time for butternut squash tagliatelle where he said, “River even came back for seconds!” as the little one could be seen in his school uniform taking a bowl of pasta.

Jamie often shares clips of River, who is such a little character and he always looks so happy – and helpful!

Both of these recipes have been uploaded to Jamie’s new app JUM. The app costs £2.99 a month and has new and exclusive recipes added every week to give you inspiration in the kitchen and help you find more of what you love.
