For Jade, Perrie and Leigh-Anne (and formerly Jesy) being in a band like Little Mix means constantly trying new looks, from makeup beats to new hair colours and styles.

Take Jade - in the last year alone she's tried everything from blonde panelling to deep brunette and even bright red hair (and that's before you even get onto the topic of that time LM dressed as their male alter-egos for a music video...)

But the Little Mix gals are also pretty keen to share a glimpse behind the glam teams, often sharing natural, makeup free selfies via Instagram to keep things real. Like that time Perrie showed off her natural freckles (along with her amazingly fluffy brows) on Instagram.

The latest comes from Jade herself, who shared a 'photo dump' post to her grid captioned: "I streamed confetti and heartbreak anthem and it helped me forget the world’s gone mad you should try it.

In the first slide, there's a gorgeous close-up video of Jade hanging out with a pooch in the golden-hour sun, and she's wearing minimal-to-no makeup (looking beaut in the process). She also seems to be sporting her natural incredible curls, and all in all looks like a total sun goddess.

The image comes after Jade shared meme a few months ago clapping back at scenes in Hollywood films which portray curly hair in a negative light. In short, Jade shared a meme which threw into question movie makeover scenes which involve straightening out the a female protagonist's curls on the route to 'conventional beauty'. The particular meme seemed to reference The Princess Diaries, particularly main character Mia's 'glow-up', which relied on straightening her gorgeous curls and removing her glasses. And, my god, does Jade have a point.

Here's the beautiful selfie in question below:
