Jade Goody’s widower Jack Tweed reveals she would have been ‘devastated’ her sons weren’t put through private schools
Jade Goody’s widower Jack Tweed has opened up on her dying wish as her family approach the 10th anniversary of her death.
The Big Brother star died of cervical cancer on March 22, 2009, with her final wish being that her sons Bobby, 15 and Freddie, 14, are educated at a private school, funded by the money she had intended to leave them.
Goody reportedly attempted to desperately raise money for her children’s education in the months prior to her death, but was left with nothing due to taxes, according to the Sun.
Tweed told the publication: “It would have broken Jade if she’d known. She’d be devastated.
“I don’t want to accuse anyone because I don’t know the full story but something doesn’t seem right. Something doesn’t add up.”
The publication also added that Goody had set up several media deals in the days before her death and insisted the money earned be used to pay for her children, who she shared with ex Jeff Brazier, to attend private school.

But her fortune was reportedly depleted due to income tax debt amounting to an alleged £1.8 million.
Bobby has remained in private education while Freddie is supposedly now in a state school after struggling to fit in at his private school, due to ADHD.
Tweed added: “I probably should have been more involved with the money situation, seeing where it all went and making sure the kids got it and it didn’t get wasted by anyone. But it didn’t feel right for me to get involved in that at the time.”
Bobby and Freddie currently live with father Brazier and his wife Kate Dwyer.
