J.Lo stans, it's definitely time to "Get Loud"!

The singer and actress, 52, lit up Instagram over the weekend when she posted a picture of herself wearing a barely-there naked dress that covered, well, only the essentials. What was the occasion, you ask? Well, Jennifer Lopez was attending the Tribeca Film Festival to celebrate the premiere of her new documentary Halftime, and damn—New York looks good on her.

The stunning sheer gown showed off every curve on Jennifer's bod, and left her sculpted core on full display for all to see. The dress included a detailed bodice with sheer cutouts that have my jaw “On The Floor.”

It’s no surprise that Jennifer is looking totally fire. And her friends and fans let her know in the comments section.

'Wow! You look incredible!' wrote one person. 'OMG IM DEAD 🔥🔥🔥,' said another. 'Loved every second of it🙌🏼👏🏼♥️ 🇺🇸 🇵🇷,' Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga added. (Can we get a J.Lo cameo this season!? JW...) They're just three of thousands of those who commented on the snap.

To get her ultra-toned physique, J.Lo works out with a plethora of trainers. One of her trainers, Dodd Romero, told Oprah Daily that Jenny works out four to five days a week for at least an hour at a time. Sheesh!

And her core workouts are ~seriously~ intense. Lucky for us, Romero shared them with Oprah Daily. Her routine includes doing 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate, followed by 35 reps of everything, and then 21 reps of the series. No breaks in between because this woman is a beast!

She also focuses a lot on her lower body strength and stays away from processed foods, her trainer Romero told UsWeekly. J.Lo sticks to complex carbs (like sweet potatoes, quinoa and oatmeal) and loads up on protein sources that include egg whites, white meat turkey, chicken breast and grass-fed beef.
