Ivanka Trump has shared never-before-seen images from her wedding to Jared Kushner.
The 37-year-old daughter of US President Donald Trump married Kushner, 38, ten years ago today, in a lavish ceremony at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
To mark the occasion, Trump shared a trio of images with her 5.2 million followers on Instagram. The first shows the pair smiling together, while the second depicts them kissing and in the third they are touching noses.
The pair had a Jewish ceremony, following Ivanka’s conversion to the faith. In keeping with tradition, Kushner is wearing a kippah, a skullcap worn as a religious garment in Judaism.
Trump wore a custom-made Vera Wang wedding gown with a sheer lace overlay complete with diamonds from her own Ivanka Trump Fine Jewellery Collection, including a hairpiece, earrings and a bracelet.
She captioned the image with a moving reflection on the pair’s wedding.
Of her husband of a decade, she wrote: “Everything about you is real, kind, humble and brave. You inspired me with your calm, stoic disposition and unwavering prioritization of that which matters most in life.” [sic]
The post also honoured the “3 amazing, curious children” [sic] the pair have together: Arabella Rose Kushner, eight; Joseph Frederick Kushner, six; and Theodore James Kushner, three.
Well-wishers have rushed in to wish the couple a happy anniversary. “Happy Anniversary, beautiful couple,” was one comment, while another person wrote: “Congratulations! Stay strong!”.
It follows a post she shared yesterday in the run-up to the pair’s milestone anniversary, which featured a close-up black and white image of herself on her wedding day.
