Irina Shayk has collaborated with luxury footwear brand Tamara Mellon on a new shoe collection.
The supermodel was overjoyed to team up with the firm for the capsule collection, which features three styles - a flatform sandal, a high-heeled sandal, and a slouchy summer boot.
"I love the Tamara Mellon brand and Tamara's vision. Being female-founded, and with 81 percent female employees, it truly supports the power of women. I'm happy to be a part of the mission and to collaborate with her," Irina said in a statement.
Tamara, who also co-founded Jimmy Choo before setting up her eponymous luxury shoe brand, added that the supermodel was the epitome of effortless style.
"Irina embodies strength, beauty, humour and has a great sense of style. We worked together to capture her energy and her effortless style in this collection. Each style was thoughtfully designed to be sexy, edgy, and comfortable enough for women to keep going forward in life," she said in a statement.
Tamara also took to Instagram to reveal more details of the new collection and shared that she and her "favourite supermodel" Irina designed the capsule line over Zoom during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Born from months of sketching, material selection, fittings, and mom-to-mom bonding (all over Zoom), this is a capsule of shoes to wear while just being... you. (So always.)," she revealed.
The first drop from the collection is the Sand Dune flatform sandal, which is available now, priced at $595 (£420).
Two colourways of the Sun Valley heeled sandals ($695/£490) will drop on 15 June, and the summer slouchy Escape boots ($895/£631) will land on 27 June.
