Internet in uproar after woman licks ice cream after sharing it with her dog
They’re our best friends who we share our lives, our beds… and in this case, our ice creams with.
But it seems not everyone agrees with the sharing is caring approach when it comes to pets and food, after footage of a woman sharing a snack with her sausage dog went viral.
In a clip that was shared by Instagram account Brown Cardigan and credited to user wandering_tobias, a couple can be seen sitting on a lawn with their pooch, enjoying the sunshine and an ice cream.
With the dog no doubt making puppy dog eyes at her sweet treat, the woman can be seen reaching down to let her dog lick at the cone, before taking it back and giving it a lick herself.
The clip has sparked heated debate, with some saying they’d never share food with pooches like this.
“I love dogs, but no,” wrote one.
“I’ve never done that, he just gets to lick the stick,” added another dog owner.
“Get the dog his own ice cream!!” commented one watcher.
Meanwhile, others had absolutely no issue with the idea of trading ice cream licks with their furry best friend.
“Hahaha, absolutely nothing wrong with that!” said one.
“I’m going to see my baby on Thursday, will def do this with her lol,” said another.
