Those living in a city will be familiar with the tiresome job of hunting down an affordable flat. From giving up a living room to make way for an extra bed to the seemingly hopeless dream of one day owning your very own garden, sprawling urbanisation has left space limited.

But one design team from Taipei City in Taiwan has come up with a genius way to overcome every millennial’s undeniable housing problem.

A Little Design has blown our minds by taking on a 22 square metre apartment and managing to make it appear bigger than our entire two-bed flat.

The company’s client works abroad a large majority of the time so all they requested was the ability to have a good night’s kip and a hot bath once home.

Therefore, the design team made sure to add a mezzanine bedroom (which also features a nifty desk) while every wall within the apartment features a plethora of storage space.

Look no further for interior inspo, people.
