Infostretch, a leader in digital engineering services, today announced that its US operation has been CertifiedTM as a great workplace by independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. In addition, Infostretch India group is recognized among India’s Best Workplaces: IT & IT-BPM, 2020 after earning the Great Place to Work Certification earlier this year, based on extensive ratings gathered from employees.
In the US, more than 86 percent of employees said that Infostretch was a great place to work, compared to an average of just 59 percent at other US-based companies. The Great Place to Work Trust Index© survey, used to evaluate companies for Certification, measures employee trust and various aspects of company culture, including their sense of pride within the company.
The 2020-21 Certification is an indication of how well Infostretch has adapted to the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The company’s rapid response saw 95 percent of its workforce working remotely within two days. During this time staff even reported increased productivity and employee satisfaction thanks to the careful planning and rapid action taken by the company.
"Being a great workplace is not just a nice-to-have for our business," said Rutesh Shah, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Infostretch. "It is fundamental to our business. Happy, engaged and inspired employees are the engine that keeps this business running and outperforming the market. I am proud of the diverse group of outstanding individuals we have at Infostretch and I’m heartened that collectively, they likewise recognize and respect the effort that we put into creating a positive and empowering working environment."
"We congratulate Infostretch on their Certification," said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Best Workplace List Research at Great Place to Work. "Organizations that earn their employees’ trust create great workplace cultures that deliver outstanding business results."
