Incredible five-year-old skateboarder inspired by Sky Brown

Could this five-year-old be the next skateboarder to follow in the footsteps of British Olympian Sky Brown?

Emmie Bay, from Pembrokeshire, Wales, is an incredibly talented skateboarder who has her sights set on becoming a professional and competing in the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

Inspired by Olympian skateboarder Sky Brown, 13, Emmie has been skating since the age of two. She became interested in the sport after stealing her dad's skateboards from the shed and being inspired by watching videos of Brown with awe.

Brown, who represents Great Britain, is currently the youngest professional skateboarder in the world.

Emmie explained, "(Sky Brown) does lots of tricks which are really cool!"

The five-year-old skates nearly every day at her local parks around the county. Her natural talent and love for the sport are abundantly clear as she shreds up the ramps and bowls.

Emmie added, "I like to skateboard because there is lots and lots of ramps... Skateboarding is really fun!"

Her parents have set up an Instagram page so people can follow her progress via @emmie_bay.
