The 'Hunger Games' actress ended her formal education when she was just 14 as she dropped out of middle school. She said: "I dropped out of middle school. I don’t technically have a GED or a diploma. I am self-educated."

The 'Pirates of The Caribbean' star was 16-years-old when he dropped out of school with the blessing of his teacher to pursue a career as a rock star. Ironically, acting was his fallback career as Depp went on to become one of the biggest names in Hollywood.

The 'Million Dollar Baby' star dropped out of school at 16 but later revealed that she regretted doing so. She said: “I’m not proud to say I’m a high-school dropout. “I’m not proud that that’s something that happened, but it happened. I think school is really, really important and we have an education problem in this country and it’s a shame. It’s a shame for any kid to feel hopeless about their future.”

The 'Harry Potter' star didn't get the chance to finish high school as he was too busy starring in the 'Harry Potter' films, having started playing the wizard when he was 12.
