I'm a Celeb fans are all saying the same thing about the new arrivals

·2-min read

Last Sunday (21 Nov) saw I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! return to our screens with celebs entering a Welsh castle, rather than the jungle, for the second year in a row.

Although there are plenty of familiar faces in there (hello Frankie Bridges and err, Arlene Phillips), the show's got off to a slightly shaky start, with some viewers expressing disappointment over the line-up.

Since arriving at the castle, some celebs have also been having second thoughts about whether they want to stay in the competition. Last night's show saw Naughty Boy (real name Shahid Khan) contemplate quitting the show after he was nominated by the main camp to take part in the latest trial, 'Treacherous Traps', telling his fellow campmates, "I do think my time here is done."

Dame Arlene Phillips also expressed doubts over whether she'd remain in the camp, telling Naughty Boy, "I feel exactly the same," after he admitted wanting to leave.

While Naughty Boy and Arlene both ultimately decided to remain in camp (for now, at least), I'm a Celeb fans have been seriously cheered up by the news of two new arrivals entering the show tonight... Namely, soap royalty Simon Gregson (AKA Coronation Street's Steve McDonald) and Adam Woodyatt (AKA EastEnders legend Ian Beale).

One fan tweeted some snaps of Simon and Adam with the caption, "The men. The myths. The legends," while another wrote, "These two will shake things up a bit I imagine," and another added, "The show won't feel it has officially started until Adam and Simon make an appearance."

Here's how the rest of Twitter reacted to the news:

With Emmerdale's Danny Miller already in the jungle castle, it looks like this year's show is set to be a battle of the soaps.

Yep, things are looking up guys!
