Although she admits to having undergo breast augmentation, this Ukrainian-born model maintains that the rest of her body is natural. Her secret? A healthy lifestyle and physical exercise. According to her, old photographs in which it is difficult to recognise her have been modified by her enemies to make it look as if she has had cosmetic surgery.

In fact, the American model prides himself on having undergone a thousand cosmetic surgeries to achieve the look he has today. According to his calculations, he has invested close to a million dollars in his appearance.

Jessica Alves has spent even more to achive her dream look. In her case, the Brazilian celebrity rose to fame when she was still known as Rodrigo and earned the title of the human Ken on the British small screen for her physical appearance. The first operation she underwent took place in 2014 and it was soon followed by dozens more. In 2019, Jessica officially came out to the world as a trans woman and she openly shared some of the operations she had undergone during her transition, including a procedure to put titanium implants in her face or to sharpen her jaw.

Andrea Ivanova became famous in 2021 when she was about to undergo her 27th operation to fulfil her dream of having the world's biggest lips. The 20-something Bulgarian claimed that she would not give up until she was satisfied with the way she looked. She has since disappeared from social media.

Hannah Gregory also dreamed of looking like her favourite doll. In her case, she opted for more childlike image that fits more with the Japanese kawaii aesthetic, which encompasses everything cute and sweet. It's been a while since this young British woman has updated her social media after she announced in 2018 that she was preparing to move to South Korea.

A model named Kina Shen went viral in 2018 for looking like a human doll or a real life anime character. In her case, she claims that she has not resorted to plastic surgery and only needs make-up to get a porcelain complexion or make her eyes look gigantic. For those who don't believe her, she has shared more than one tutorial on YouTube showing her beauty secrets.

Angelica Kenova's sad story went viral in 2015 when she was presented as the Russian human Barbie because of her blue eyes, blonde hair and 50-centimetre waist. In her case, the decision to transform herself into a human doll was made by her parents, who hired a personal trainer and imposed a strict diet on her, and who also controlled which boys she went out with. She now works as a model and has created her own Only Fans account.
