A first look at tonight's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! trial shows Matt Hancock being locked in a cage with some very hairy spiders.

The MP is taking on the Fallen Stars trial in tonight's episode of the ITV show alongside Mike Tindall and looks set for a terrifying time in a newly released clip from the challenge.

Hosts Ant and Dec ask Tindall a series of general knowledge questions as he sits on a ledge above a murky pool of water and is dunked into it when he gets a wrong answer.

But if Tindall gives a wrong answer, he also increases the amount of time teammate Hancock has to spend locked in a group of cages alongside some scary jungle creatures.

Dec asks the first question: "What is the collective noun for a group of spiders?"

He adds: "Gonna need an answer."

Tindall answers: "Yes, I gathered that...a clan."

However, Tindall is not surprised to learn that his answer is wrong and Hancock laughs as he is plunged into the dirty water, telling him: "Elegantly done."

Dec says: "...is the wrong answer. I would have accepted cluster or clutter."

Next, Ant and Dec explain to Hancock that he has had one minute added to the 30 seconds he already has in the first cage with spiders, meaning he must spend one and a half minutes in close quarters with the large, hairy spiders.

Other cages appear to contain snakes, something that Hancock has previously said he is afraid of.

Chris Moyles became the sixth celebrity voted out of camp in Thursday's episode and the final of the show is set to take place in a live episode on Sunday night.

England footballer Jill Scott is currently the favourite to win, followed by Owen Warner, Mike Tindall and Matt Hancock.

Seann Walsh is the bookies' favourite to be voted out in Friday's episode.

I'm A Celebrity airs the full trial tonight at 9.15pm on ITV.
