We all know that distinct KP Nuts logo; the brand has been in the game for 70 years. But the iconic nut company has just mixed things up by finally releasing its very first peanut butters! There's both a crunchy and a smooth option.
KP has created the new spreads not only with the intention of making them taste great, but also with a focus on health and environmental factors, too.
The peanut butters are free from controversial palm oil, and both the lids and jars are 100% recyclable, plus the spreads contain no artificial flavours or added sugar.
Kevin McNair, Marketing Director at KP Snacks, said in the press release: “Here at KP Nuts, we’ve been the powerhouse of peanuts for nearly 70 years so it just made sense to launch peanut butter, giving customers a chance to enjoy our delicious nuts in a different way,
“Our new peanut butter has the perfect balance of rich flavour without any added sugar and we’re delighted to be launching a product that doesn’t use any palm oil – we know our customers wants to be able to enjoy a peanut butter which is both healthy, environmentally friendly, and comfortingly tasty, and this really ticks all the boxes. It really is the best thing on sliced bread!”
KP Peanut Butter Crunchy and Smooth are both available at Asda and Tesco now. RRP: £3. Introductory offer at Tesco: £2.
