Whenever Holly Willoughby wears a new outfit from Marks & Spencer, our urge to shop goes into overdrive...

Holly - who has been working with M&S for a number of years now, selecting her "favourites" from the brand's new collection each season - shared a snap of herself wearing what looks like the perfect spring/summer dress on Instagram on Monday (12 April).

The white midi dress with three-quarter sleeves has a bohemian feel thanks to its pretty lace detailing and cotton seersucker fabric. It's the sort of piece you could dress up or down, and could easily take you from early spring weekends to heatwave days. It also look like a classic summer holiday buy that you'll keep in your repertoire for years to come.

Holly paired the £49.50 M&S Collection Pure Cotton Lace Trim Waisted Dress with a casual camouflage jacket that looks ideal for throwing on during this transitional period. She completed her look with a pair of on-trend chunky sandals in a versatile tan shade.

Both the £39.50 jacket and £45 sandals look like spring/summer style essentials that will fit seamlessly into our existing wardrobes, so you can bet we're tempted to invest.

Referencing the easing of some lockdown restrictions in England on Monday, Holly wrote in the accompanying caption: "Restrictions are lifting, shops are opening, summer is on its way... Until we reach the day of these milestones I’m nervous to get too hopeful of it actually happening...

"Well today it happened... It’s a good day... Stepping out in this bohemian-style midi dress from @marksandspencer... Full of hope and feeling good! #ad."

Given how popular Holly's M&S picks tend to be, we'd recommend getting in there quickly if you fancy copying her latest look. We'll race you to the checkout - and then to the pub garden for a glass of rosé!
