Holly Willoughby 'stunning' in bejewelled gown for NTAs
Holly Willoughby brought the old Hollywood glam to last night's National Television Awards, looking stunning in an off-the-shoulder gown adorned with sparkling jewels.
The 40-year-old TV presenter chose a chic, silvery-blue Ziad Nakad floor-skimming dress with embellished glitter detailing and a deep plunge neckline that was reminiscent of times past.
Keeping her accessories simple, the star added a simple diamond bangle, diamond drop earrings by David Morris and sparkling silver Gina Shoes heels.
For her beauty look, Willoughby's usual makeup artist Patsy O’Neill opted for a a dewy look for the ritzy event, choosing a soft pink lipstick, subtle silver eye shadow and a dusting of bronzer.

Her hair was swept to the side in a chic 40s-style do, which complimented her dress perfectly.
The star was clearly keen to pull out all the stops for the first major showbiz event since the coronavirus pandemic began.
The NTAs were 18 months in the planning, last taking place in January 2020.
After Holly shared a snapshot of herself all glammed up on Instagram, Willoughby's followers were quick to praise the star for her classic look.
"You look stunning. Of course," one user wrote.
"Oh my... you look absolutely incredible, loving the dress," another added.
"You look a million ££££," yet another fan commented.

Meanwhile, Willoughby's sister remarked on the star's nod to old-fashioned glamour.
"Soooooo scrumptious Hollywood! Winning inside and out," she wrote.
Later the This Morning host returned to Instagram to share some pictures of the night and was praised once again by fans, with many describing her dress as "beautiful".
Last night's outfit choice was further proof that Holly knows how to tick all of the style boxes when it comes to red carpet dressing.
At last year's NTAs, Willoughby also nailed the style brief, floating into the A-list event in an incredible gown by bridal and couture designer Peter Langner.

The dress featured a fitted pink satin bodice and skirt which framed a blue tulle skirt, making the star channel her inner Cinderella.
It was reported that the skirt was made up from 45 metres of fabric and took an incredible 40 hours to make.
At the Fashion Awards back in 2019, Willoughby lead the style charge, opting for a classically chic purple and blue floral midi dress with puff sleeves by designer Kate Spade, which the presenter teamed with simple, strappy, nude heels.
Old Hollywood glamour is a look the TV star has perfected in several red carpet events past. At the Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards in 2019, Willoughby donned a classic midnight blue dress by Maria Lucia Hohan.
The gorgeous gown featured a structured bodice covered with floaty sheer fabric and a daring thigh-high split.

While she tends to opt for muted tones and neutrals, Willoughby isn't afraid to experiment with colour either. At the 2019 Pride of Britain Awards the presenter made an entrance in a zesty red and purple number with statement structured shoulders.
She knows how to work an LBD too. Take a style note on how she made the simple black dress she wore to the ITV Palooza that little bit fancier, with jewel embellishment around the collar.
But perhaps our favourite red carpet look from the star came via the regal bridal-style gown, she wore to the 2018 Pride of Britain Awards, which came complete with a bedazzling jewel-encrusted bodice.
Sheer perfection!
