Holly Willoughby unveils cover of new book on 'finding beauty'

Holly Willoughby has shared the cover of her upcoming book, Reflections.

The jacket, shared by the This Morning co-host on her Instagram account, shows the 40-year-old presenter sat leaning on a table, looking directly into the camera lens.

Dressed simply in a white knitted jumper with her hair loose and her make-up subtle, Willoughby stands out against the pink background.

When Holly first announced her book in July, she explained the new book focusses on a celebration of inner and outer beauty.

"Now, I’m finally at a point in my life where I can see a little more clearly and I want to share my truths in the hope that maybe they’ll help you too" wrote Willoughby on her Instagram post.

The 40-year-old revealed that she had been nervous about the release saying: "I think the reason why I am so nervous about telling people today is because it means an awful lot to me, and because when you put a lot of yourself out there, you feel quite vulnerable doing it, and there is definitely little pieces of me between the pages of this book."

In a string of previous Instagram Stories, the presenter explained; "We live in this society where an awful lot of us on here, on social media, we put a lot of ourselves out there visually, but sometimes what’s going on under the surface doesn’t match what’s out there.

"So this is talking about how there needs to be an alignment on what we see on the outside and what is really going on under the skin in order to live a well formed and happy life. I will take a deep breath now and hand it over to you."

Willoughby's goal is that the book will start conversations: "Whether they’re about how to find your signature lipstick, reclaim your sexuality, or treat yourself more kindly – and, ultimately, what it means to feel beautiful, confident, complete."

For those who want to get their hands on Holly's book ASAP, it's available to pre-order online, with or without her signature, from various stockists.

Waterstones is also offering Reflections as a signed hardback copy for £20, although there is limited stock.

It will officially hit the shelves on 28 October.

This is not Holly's first foray into publishing – she has previously released a parental guide titled Truly Happy Baby back in 2016.
