From Cosmopolitan

As if hearing a play-by-play of Chrissy Teigen's entire skincare routine a couple of weeks ago wasn't enough, I'm pleased to announce that the high priestess of glowing skin has come through once again for her humble skin-admirers.

This time, the news comes in the form of a face oil recommendation - a step she forgot when previously sharing her ride-or-die products.

In the past Chrissy has struggled with acne and blotchiness (which she remedies with Aloe Vera), so if there's anyone whose skin experiences have left them equipped to recommend skincare, it's our CT.

So, to catch you up, her regime so-far includes everything from La Mer Crème De La Mer Moisturising Cream, IS Clinical Cleansing Complex, to Biore Chin and Nose Strips.

She's also a huge fan of Dr Dennis Gross's Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel,£89 ("So important for on and around my nose and chin. You'll notice a HUGE difference!").

And today, after a long day of cooking and shooting for her mum's upcoming recipe book, Chrissy posted a make-up free insta story, post-makeup removal, with the most baby-soft skin I've ever seen, detailing one last step she'd forgotten: face oil.

"Work done, makeup off. MARA face oil, that's my jam. I forgot to add that to the beauty regimen. MARA, M-A-R-A, face oil."

Packed with naturally occurring vitamins and minerals and other highly anti-inflammatory ingredients, the recommendation reminds me of Meghan Markle's fave, by naturals brand Beauti.

And if that makeup-free selfie is anything to go by, it's working.

In case you, like me, are keen to add to basket with immediate effect, here's a link to the elixir in question:

Stick it on after cleansing, massage it into your weary face, and thank the lord that Chrissy Teigen is willing to spend all her money on skincare to find the best of the best, so we don't have to.
