As you probably already know, Selena Gomez is an ambassador for Coach, and so it was only natural that she wore a white Coach dress to the 2018 Met Gala. This year, the theme was "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination," and the stunning sheer gown matched perfectly.
However, the best part of her whole look was the cream Kisslock Frame bag, which featured Selena’s favorite quote from scripture. According to People, it says, "A woman who fears the lord is a woman who shall be praised."
Before the event, Selena recorded a brief video for her fans, giving them a close up of her glittery makeup look, which you can see, below.
Now remember, this actually isn't the first time Selena has worn Coach to the major fashion event. Last year, she wore a Coach slip dress and was accompanied by her then-boyfriend The Weeknd. How time flies, right?! Still, the great thing about both of Selena's looks is that they're classic, timeless.
But in other Met Gala news, Selena had a surprise reunion with an old friend. While she walked the red carpet, Sel actually snapped a pic with Kylie Jenner.
Interesting enough, Selena reportedly cut ties with Kylie and Kendall in 2014, shortly after Coachella. According to a TMZ source, she associated them with "the trappings of Hollywood excess -- drugs, booze, drama -- and she considers them a distraction from her real passion ... music."
Past drama aside, they now look very happy (just don't mention the fake tan).
