Hendrick’s Gin has today revealed a new limited-edition release from its Cabinet of Curiosities, Hendrick’s FLORA ADORA – and the timing couldn't be better with Mother's Day just around the corner.

The new gin from the premium Scottish brand is said to be bursting with enticingly fresh and luscious floral notes, yet still has that distinct juniper and coriander flavour you'd expect from a gin, which in our opinion, is the perfect alternative to gifting flowers to your mum for Mother's Day and would make the perfect drink for garden get-togethers, as well.

Lesley Gracie, Master Distiller at Hendrick's Gin, comments on her new creation: “I find it really relaxing to watch the butterflies and bees busy at work in the garden at the Hendrick's Gin Palace. It’s fascinating to me how they seem to settle on some plants more than others. Certain flowers are more enticing to the pollinators and it’s these blooms that I’ve used to create a botanical blend for Hendrick’s FLORA ADORA.”

The inspiration behind this product has us wishing we were instantly at the Hendrick's gin palace, sipping on floral gin and tonics while basking in the wildflower meadows.

To serve, we think the new FLORA ADORA would be amazing in a gimlet or even a French 75, but the brand has shared its recipe for a 'Wildgarden Cup' which also sounds amazing. It has soda water, cucumber and a fruity garnish for a similar take on a fruit cup.
