On Monday, Sept. 18, Grazia revealed the cover of its “Elemental” issue, and supermodel Heidi Klum earned the spot on the front of the publication’s 15th print edition.
Divided into four chapters to mimic the elements of fire, water, air and earth, the issue “examines how these elements manifest themselves in our cosmopolitan lives; how each can take on many meanings, be expressed on many runways, and colour many of our emotions,” per the brand’s Instagram account.
In addition to the striking cover image captured by photographer Kristian Schuller, the feature includes several additional photographs of Klum, and there are a few in particular in which the 50-year-old television host bears an uncanny resemblance to Marilyn Monroe.
Klum shared one such snapshot (that also incorporated serious Joker vibes) with her 11.5 million Instagram followers and captioned the post simply, “❤️ @Grazia ❤️🥳.” She tagged hairstylist Jean Luc Amarin and makeup artist Gabrielle Theurer.
The model’s fans quickly flocked to the comments section, which is a rarity, as Klum often has comments on her posts disabled.
“😍😍😍 Queen,” one person stated.
“Gorge 🔥❤️,” Bambi Mercury added.
“YOU ARE PERFECT 💗💗,” another fan wrote in German.
“Heidi you are so soooo pretty😍,” a follower complimented.
Another carousel Klum shared captured her mid-laughter, with painted red fingertips held up to her face. Her lips were adorned with crimson lipstick, while her blonde locks were set in Monroe-style curls.
“HAPPY 😛🥰,” the model and mom of four gushed in her caption. “Thank you @kristianschuller and @grazia for all these fun pictures ❤️😘😘😘😘.”
