Heidi Klum, 49, posed pantsless (and topless) for the first time since *that* pie photo last year

Heidi Klum may be naked, but she's definitely not afraid. In a recent Instagram post, the model lies in a canopy bed looking relaxed AF with her hair all over the place. Of course, her epic, strong core and long, defined legs are totally taking centre stage in the photo.

This supermodel is no stranger to iconic photoshoots, and her confidence in on IG is contagious.

'Come back to bed Baby ❤️,' she captioned the post. And although Heidi doesn't have comments turned on, fans are always eager to shower her with compliments on her social media profiles, leaving notes like 'Heidi, you're amazing! 👏👏👏👍,' and '🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,' on other posts.

The 49-year-old model with legs insured for $2.2 million knows a thing or two about fitness. While she previously used to enjoy running along the West Side Highway in NYC, according to a 2014 Glamour interview, she now seems to prefer hiking, dancing, and circuit training, by the looks of her Instagram.

Naturally, she also rocks a matching set post sweat sesh like it's NBD.

And she stays active with dancing, as shown by this vid which she captioned '#keepdancing.' Doesn't that just look like fun?!

To make time for fitness in her busy schedule, Heidi works out while simultaneously spending time with her family. She told Women's Health UK that enjoys going on bike rides with her kids along the beach and jumping with them on the trampoline.

As she ages, she pays more attention to balancing her exercise routine with her diet. 'Your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40,' she said to WH UK. 'I always thought, "That's not going to happen to me." But it is happening to me.'

Obviously, given her recent IG posts, she's found the balance she was looking for. 'I've figured out what works for me,' she said.

On the fuel front, Heidi starts each day with a veggie and fruit-packed breakfast. 'One thing [the kids and I] do every morning is have a smoothie,' she told WH UK.

She also sticks by simple meals for lunch and dinner and gets prep help from her kids. When making soup, her children will peel and chop the ingredients. 'They see what goes into it,' she said. 'Someone doesn’t just drop it off in a [delivery] bag.' I like the way she thinks.

Looking good, Heidi!
