Hannah Waddingham to host Eurovision 2023
On Feb. 22, the BBC announced that the 'Ted Lasso' star will host the Eurovision Song Contest this year. Waddingham will host the competition in Liverpool, England, alongside Ukrainian singer Julia Sanina and English TV personality Alesha Dixon. In a statement, Waddingham said she's been an "avid (Eurovision) fan for years" and the opportunity to host is "a great privilege". The three celebrities will host two live semifinal rounds. Graham Norton will join them for the final, which is expected to attract a global audience of 160 million, on May 13.
