Halle Berry has an excellent retort after fan critiques her nude pic
Halle Berryhas proved she’s fiercer than her Catwoman character after being criticised for drinking wine in the nude on her balcony.
Fans were delighted when the 56-year-old posted the sexy shot to her Instagram over the weekend with the caption, "I do what I wanna do" – but it wasn’t to everyone's taste.

One follower wrote: "Imagine being in your 50s, still posting nudes for attention in menopause when you should be chilling with the grandkids. Aging with dignity is no longer a thing."
But Bruised star Halle, who underwent rigorous MMA training to play Jackie Justice, a former UFC fighter in major need of a comeback in 2021, wasn’t taking it lying down.

"Did you guys know the heart of a shrimp is located in its head?" she retorted to her followers, in the re-tweet which has now been deleted.
Interesting fact: Shrimp actually DO have their hearts – along with other vital organs such as their stomach and ventral nerve cord – inside of their heads. A shrimp’s heart is located right behind its eyes due to the safety this part of the body provides over the tail-end.

Fans were quick to defend the mom-of-two, with another saying, "It’s interesting how most of the negative comments are being made by out of shape men over 50."
Halle’s boyfriend of three years, singer Van Hunt, is believed to have taken the sexy snap, which shows her covering her chest with her arm and leaning over the balcony railing, strategically covering her bottom half in shadows.
When someone responded that Van Hunt must have taken the shot, Berry responded, "You win."
The couple confirmed they were dating in September 2020 and have been posting PDAs ever since, stunning fans with a 'wedding photo' in January – but haven’t confirmed a trip down the aisle.
On Van’s 53rd birthday, the actress posted a gorgeous shot saying, "Happy Birthday, VanO! It’s amazing how you walked into my life and I can’t remember living without YOU! Here’s to many more my love."

The X-Men star has been married three times – to former professional baseball player David Justice from 2005 until 2010 , singer-songwriter and actor Eric Benét from January 2001 to January 2005 and French actor Olivier Martinez from July 2013 to December 2016.
Her daughter Nahla Ariela, 15, is from her relationship with ex Gabriel Aubry, was born in 2008 and she shares a son, Maceo Robert, 9, with ex-husband Olivier.
