Hailey Bieber is the ultimate it-girl. World-famous supermodel, married to *the* teenage heartthrob of the early 2010s, Justin Bieber, and good-time gal pals with at least two of the Kardashians and both Hadid sisters. That’s not even touching on her A-list family and the bazillion magazine covers, runway shows and modelling campaigns she’s done over the years.

It doesn’t get more glam, really, does it? And if you're wondering what the supermodel, Insta-star and fashion icon fuels herself with when she's jet-setting around the globe, you're not alone. Thankfully been quite chatty about what sort of foods she enjoys, and even shared some of her culinary creations with fans on TikTok .

What Hailey Bieber eats for breakfast

Our famous-bestie-we’ve-never-actually-met starts each morning with a dog walk and coffee, according to an interview with ELLE. Once she’s home, she tucks into a healthy and nutritious breakfast to make sure she’s prepped for the day ahead.

'On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie,' she’s said. 'My go-to breakfast is an Ezekiel English muffin with sliced avocado, lemon, salt and pepper.'

For those who don’t know (don’t worry, we had to look it up too), Ezekiel bread is made from sprouted whole grains, which means slightly different – and some believe, more – nutrients than those in regular old bread.

Healthy, right? She is human, though, and the girl gets cravings – which she makes a rule for herself to always listen to.

'A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries.' Yay for women listening to what their body wants and craves!

Her ideal “cheat” brekky sounds absolutely DIVINE.

She said: ' If I was eating whatever I wanted with no guilt, I'd do chocolate chip pancakes and bacon and two eggs over medium, with a side of hash browns.” Same, girl, same.
